Solid State Mechanical, LLC warrants labor performed under our direct control for a period of 90 days after completion unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
Manufacturer warranties apply separately to equipment and materials.

- Work performed by other contractors
- System malfunctions due to environmental or power factors beyond our control

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations may result in a minimum service charge.
If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be responsible for all labor and materials provided up to the cancellation date.
